Which channel to use
Call us if you need a vehicle soon — a phone call gets an immediate answer about whether one is free. If you are outside Albania and calling is awkward, WhatsApp works just as well.
WhatsApp is the best channel for most visitors. It works before you arrive in the country, it lets you send a location pin when an address is hard to describe, and it keeps the arrangement in writing where you can check it later.
We do not use email. Everything is handled on the phone or in WhatsApp, which is why a reply usually arrives faster than it would from an inbox.
Where we operate
We are based in Dhërmi and cover the Albanian Riviera from Vlorë in the north to Sarandë in the south, including Palasë, Vuno, Jal, Himarë, Qeparo and Borsh.
We also run long-distance transfers to Tirana and Tirana International Airport, and to inland destinations where the journey is arranged in advance.
If your route is not listed, ask. We will give you a straight answer about whether we can cover it.
Before you send a booking request
A message or a call is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your journey is booked once we reply and confirm the vehicle, the pickup arrangement and the price.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly will you reply to a booking request?
We answer as soon as we can, but we are driving for much of the day and we will not promise a response time we cannot always meet. For anything urgent, call or send a WhatsApp message.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give us the passenger's name and a number they will be reachable on, as well as your own contact details.
Do you take bookings months in advance?
Yes, and for July and August airport transfers that is sensible. Send the flight details as soon as you have them.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
Contact us as early as you can and we will adjust or cancel it. Any applicable terms are confirmed with you when the booking is accepted.
What do you do with the details I send?
We use them only to answer your booking request and arrange the journey. They are not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
